Design
The final producing is according to the CAD drawing, and the size, shape we should 1:1 as on the CAD, so the design drawing need to in accurate.
raw material confirmation
When the design confirmed, during CAD drawing we already begin to consider the raw material, different material suitable for specific construction, and in differnt cost.
quotation
When the design and raw material confirmed, we will get the quotation to you for confirmation.
sample
f the quotation all are OK then to sample making, the sample is according to final requests, and should the same to bulk production, so the bulk production inspect will based on the samples
sample improvement
Sometimes when you received the samples may want to do some changes or improvement, then we will do the improved samples.
sample confirmation
After all the details are perfect on samples, then confirmed to proceed on the bulk producing, and we will also keep your signed samples.

We do newly innovation
with owned design team, and marketing reach department, each month our target is do 20 new frames innovations,10 new sunglasses innovations and 10 glasses frames innovations, these new designs display in 2D drawing, we will send to our cooperated client and new client for selection, if you like the idea, then can do some modifications to meet your brand style and taste, and once have client select that design, we will not send to others, so each of our client not just sell the similar models, we will send other designs for selection then. So if your brand and company need continuous new sunglasses, glasses frames but don't willing to all done by your design team, then let us do together.

sometimes you may have many eyewear ideas and marketing requests, but you have no designer or worry about or not sure if the construction can be realized, then just let us know the idea, our design team will do the eyewear drawing for you, then you can do changing based on it, until confirm the CAD or 3D drawing.
